What are the dates and time of the event?
SUNDAY October 6th and MONDAY October 7th from 10am-4pm both days. We will be hosting a Saturday Night Social on October 5th at 5pm at Craft Studio and NoLi Brewery. Feel free to stop by at anytime before 7pm to check in for the event, pick up your swag bag if you are a VIP ticket holder, and then enjoy a beverage at NoLi Brewery to meet and mingle with other Symposium go-ers! This is not mandatory and is on a come-and-go basis so stay however little or as long as you would like. VIP tickets include 1 drink ticket at No Li, valid only during the Saturday Social.
Do you offer Payment Plans for tickets?
YES! After selecting your desired ticket, choose 'After Pay' as the payment method at check out then proceed. If you choose the 4-Payments option, then each payment is interest free!
Can I purchase a 1-Day ticket?
To ensure you get the MOST value out of the Symposium, we want you to be able to experience and learn from each and every one of our Educators so you don't miss out on ANYTHING! Tickets are either 2-day General Admission or VIP 2-Day Admission.
What will I learn at The Symposium?
We will have a handful of educators, business owners, and stylists doing live look + learn demos of blonding and bronding techniques, extensions, your business BTC and how to succeed in this industry, social media + consultation mastery, mindfulness + mindset when growing your business, cutting and other color techniques. You will leave feeling inspired + motivated to excel your career!
Do you have any discounts for tickets?
If you are part of a salon or school and purchase group tickers of 5+ you will receive a FREE VIP swag bag at the event full of products and hair goodies! Please email or DM us after your group purchases their tickets to let us know, day of free VIP bags are not guaranteed if no prior notice.
What should I bring to the event?
We recommend bringing business cards for networking and a notepad/pen for taking notes. If you are unable to bring a note pad or pen, we will provide them for you.
Will meals be provided?
Light snacks and beverages will be provided each day throughout the event. Feel free to bring your own personal snack preference or drink. The VIP ticket includes a fully hosted dinner with our educators and other VIP ticket holders. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know upon purchasing your VIP ticket.
I'm traveling in from out of town, what hotels do you recommend?
Downtown Spokane is the most central and easiest access to the freeway and all parts of Spokane.

Do you offer refunds on tickets?
Ticket purchases are non-refundable due to a limited number of tickets available. If you purchased a ticket and are unable to come, send us an email to transfer your ticket to a friend or coworker.
